Quiet Mountain Launches a New Documentary Channel

Quiet Mountain Launches a New Documentary Channel

We are glad to share an important update in the Quiet Mountain project.

After years of working with purely atmospheric films built around natural sound and observation, we are launching a second YouTube channel dedicated to documentary storytelling with calm voice-over narration.

On our original channel Food Around The World, we focused on immersion through sound, allowing viewers to experience real life without explanation or commentary. Over time, many viewers asked for more context — about places, ways of life, and the stories behind the images. The new channel is our response to those requests.

Quiet Mountain’s documentary channel presents the same authentic visual footage, unchanged and unstaged, but now accompanied by thoughtful narration. This format allows us to share background, answer common questions, and explore the meaning and rhythm of everyday life in remote places more deeply.

We are starting with English narration and are currently working on additional language versions, which will be available soon. This will allow viewers from different parts of the world to engage with the stories in their own language.

The first film on the new channel is an updated documentary version of our most-watched video, which previously reached over 17 million views. It marks the beginning of a new chapter for the project — one that combines quiet observation with storytelling.

Quiet Mountain remains committed to respectful distance, authenticity, and attention to detail. This new format does not replace what came before, but expands it, offering another way to listen, understand, and connect.
